Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, sales events) or due to customs clearance delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Order Fulfillment
Plumpa operates as an online store with fulfillment handled by our third-party logistics partner. This means your order is shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. We do not hold physical stock ourselves.
This allows us to keep prices competitive and deliver directly to your door — but it does mean shipping times may be longer than local retailers. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.
Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@nadivaco.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We have no control over customs delays or fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees apply.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@nadivaco.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We consider an order lost if it has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch. In this case, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@nadivaco.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Split Shipments
In some cases, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
