1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from plumpa.store (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Plumpa ("we," "us," or "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material (spam)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
4. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Whilst we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, we do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free.
Important — Personal Care Product Notice: Supreme Lift Inserts® are adhesive personal care products intended for cosmetic use only. They are not medical devices. Please read all usage instructions included with your order before use. If you have sensitive skin, a skin condition, an allergy to adhesives, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after an order is placed. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is confirmed, we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment must be received in full before your order is fulfilled. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that appear fraudulent, orders with pricing errors, or bulk orders intended for resale. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
You may request to cancel an order only before it has been dispatched by our fulfillment partner. Once dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@nadivaco.com and we will work to resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
8. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
In particular, please note:
- Used or opened inserts cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, regardless of the duration of use.
- Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
9. EU Consumer Rights
As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. This right does not apply to opened or used personal care products under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).
Your statutory consumer rights under EU and Belgian law are not affected by these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names (including Supreme Lift Inserts®), graphics, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of Plumpa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
11. User Accounts
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@nadivaco.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Visiting any linked site is entirely at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
This disclaimer does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Belgian or EU law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plumpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any products purchased through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian or EU law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plumpa and its affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
As a business operating within the European Union, we comply with applicable EU consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For privacy-related complaints, you may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) at www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or services. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plumpa regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
