Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — but only on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact.
We do not accept returns on used or opened inserts. Because Supreme Lift Inserts® are an adhesive personal care product worn directly against the skin, any pair that has been removed from its packaging, tried on, or worn cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies regardless of wear duration.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nadivaco.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund, no return required.
How to Start a Return (Unopened Items Only) Contact us at hello@nadivaco.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened inserts (hygiene policy — no exceptions)
- Sale items and items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or shade, return your unopened item and place a new order separately.
EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the EU cooling-off period — provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
